If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. This applies to the first paid month of a new subscription only.
To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact us via our contact page with your account email and the approximate charge date.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. After the 7-day window has passed:
If you upgrade mid-cycle, the new plan price is prorated for the remainder of the current billing period.
If you downgrade mid-cycle, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. We do not refund the difference for the current period.
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you. If we cannot collect payment within a reasonable period, we may suspend access to paid features until the account is brought current.
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer rather than contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending resolution. Please reach out to us , almost every refundable case can be resolved more quickly via direct contact.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
