Othesis is a subscription-based AI chatbot that provides historical market data analysis, options trading education, and scenario projections based on publicly available market information. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.
We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Any content, analysis, replay, or projection provided through the Service is for educational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Subscription plans range from $20 per month to $100 per month, depending on the tier selected. Full pricing for every plan is displayed in-app before any charge is made, and you authorize the displayed amount at checkout.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You should independently verify any information before acting on it. Market data is subject to delays, errors, and gaps.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Othesis and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Othesis harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
